"With all boxing and steelwork approved everything is ready to pour. The first truckload in a Slab Works job is dedicated to the ribs between the pods.
A major difference with a Slab Works floor comes from the use of a concrete vibrator which ensures concrete settlement in the ribs. This removes the weak spots commonly caused by air bubbles.
Subsequent truckloads of top concrete are also vibrated in to ensure a premium slab quality".
